Understandably couples want to reengage and get back on track as a team. Couples therapy can help you work towards identifying and breaking the cycles you find yourself in and moving towards a fulfilling relationship.
We provide Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) and other evidence-based therapies for couples including Gottman Therapy. Our therapy process will explore the unmet needs you have and look at how these unmet needs are linked with negative emotions and behaviours. In therapy we seek to interrupt these patterns and highlight new ways of working through your challenges.
